On one of the Inquiry report from CIM,  the Director General of Anti corruption Bureau, Maharashtra has started  its Inquiry and submitted the case to the Government of Maharashtra for further necessary action by its letter dated D/264/Nagpur/2013 /3442 dated 22-4-2013.  We are not disclosing  on which report this action has been initiated due to secrecy required for investigation. Government of Maharashtra’s sanction is required in this case since officers involved in this case are equivalent to Joint Secretary to Government of India and above.
