PEAG is filing it’s next complaint to DG ACB, on Corruption by holy-cows of Maharashtra cadre IFS :: Tiger Reserves & National parks used for non-forestry purpose for misappropriation of large sums of Government money by these IFS officers. It’s like raping a girl in the police station by police men. Regional CCF Government of India, Bhopal says it is a fit case of violation of Forest Conservation Act 1980, where as HOFF murmurs no case. We feel let ACB decide it.

Criminal case booked against Five Chief Secretaries /Additional Chief Secretaries of Maharashtra in R.C.C. 212/2011 under section 166, 167, 420, 465, 468, 469, 471 r.w. 34 of Indian Penal Code

On a complaint by Navin Singh IFS for issuing forged, fabricated and unauthorised Government Resolutions, along with hatching a criminal conspiracy, court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Pune has decided to inquire the case by itself against Johny Joseph IAS, Prem Kumar IAS, DK Shankaran IAS, Shahzad Hussain IAS, Navin Kumar IAS & Rajendra Mangrulkar IFS for offences under section 420, 465, 468, 469, 471, 166, 167 r.w. 34 of Indian Penal Code in Regular Criminal Case . Advocate Sunita Bansal appeared for Navin Singh.

Court has verified the cases against against JP Dange IAS, Satish Tripathi IAS, Chitkala Jutshi IAS, Neela Satyanarayan, OP Gahrotra IAS, SS Dod IAS. for the same charge in the same case.

Regional Chief Conservator of Forests , Bhopal has asked Maharashtra government to inquire into matters of grave violation of FC Act 1980 appeared hereon this website.
